The rules for using our publishing tool
Jinaria Selections is an internal tool that sends our own marketing videos to our own TikTok accounts. These terms explain what it does, who may use it, and what we expect from anyone who operates it.
1. What this service is
Jinaria Selections is an internal content publishing tool operated by Jinaria for itself and its affiliated brands — Yuna and Pawcoo. It uses the official TikTok Content Posting API to upload and publish our own marketing videos to our own TikTok accounts.
The tool runs on infrastructure we control. It does not host content for third parties, and it does not act as an intermediary between TikTok and the public.
2. Who may use it
Access is limited to Jinaria and its authorised personnel. There is no public registration, no user accounts for the general public, and no way for an outside party to submit content through this tool.
Each TikTok account that the tool publishes to is authorised individually by its owner through TikTok’s own login flow. That authorisation can be revoked at any time from within the TikTok app.
3. Acceptable use
When operating the tool, you agree to:
- Publish only content you have the legal right to publish.
- Comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines, Terms of Service and Developer Terms.
- Never publish unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content.
- Keep account credentials and access tokens confidential.
4. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights in the content you upload remain with you or the original rights holder. The tool claims no ownership over that content, and nothing in these terms transfers any such rights.
The Jinaria name, logo and brand assets remain the property of Jinaria.
5. Disclaimer
The tool is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the availability of the TikTok platform, changes to its APIs, or the outcome of content moderation. Delivery to a TikTok inbox is not a guarantee that content will be published or remain available.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the tool changes. The current version will always be published on this page, with the effective date shown below.
